The First Presbyterian Church of Miami is seeking an experienced Office Assistant. It is an exciting, yet comfortable job where you will work five days a week; six hours a day in a pleasant environment. We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial person who has the potential to grow with us as our congregation grows. We need your dedication to our future.
Duties include scheduling and payroll, designing and maintaining a filing system, maintenance of the website, answering the phone, preparing agendas and financial reports for meetings, preparing a weekly bulletin, and working closely with the leadership of the church, with the pastor and the CPA.
Applicants should have at least ten years of working experience. Proficiency in using Word and Excel are required; that of web-site management and data base handlings is a plus. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is also a plus.
